Printed products are produced to order, so the time between your order being received and your products being dispatched will vary depending on the specific product you are ordering. All products should be dispatched within a maximum of 28 days, with the expectation that in most cases the period between an order being received and goods being dispatched will be considerably shorter than this. We will notify you by email once your goods have been dispatched.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or had been damaged in transit. While we use high quality pigments and dyes for all of our products, coloured pigments and dyes used in photographic prints and other printed products may fade or discolor over time due to their inherent qualities. We recommend hanging photographs out of direct sunlight and, where applicable, framing them behind ultraviolet protective glass. We cannot accept returns of products exhibiting age-related discolouration or damage from exposure to direct sunlight.
